From November 21st to 22nd, Zhou Tiejun, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Board, along with General Manager, Wang Yuanhui, visited Saudi Aramco and other local developers to carry out marketing activities for high-end market.
On the 21st, Zhou Tiejun and his delegation visited the headquarters of Aramco in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia, where they met with key executives from Aramco's Global Investment Division, New Energy Business Development Division, and Marine Engineering Division. In the context of“carbon neutrality and emission peak”, Zhou Tiejun highlighted the significant strengths of Power Construction Corporation of China and SEPCO Electric Power ConstructionCorporation in the new energy sector; Aramco pointed out the increasing demand for new energy supply in the local electricity market and its industrial facilities, leading to a consensus on the potential for new energy collaboration between the two parties. This meeting has laid a solid foundation for deepening mutual trust, maintaining collaboration, and ensuring long-lasting communication between the two parties.
The next day, Zhou Tiejun and his delegation paid a visit to Lamar Holdings, a local developer in Saudi Arabia. This time, both parties engaged an in-depth discussion on collaborating regarding new energy projects. In terms of the development of new projects, they have the same goals and converging interests. Lamar expressed a desire to deepen strategic cooperation withSEPCO Electric Power ConstructionCorporation, enhance communication and coordination, and jointly facilitate project implementation.
Relevant personnel from the Engineering Technology Department, Operation Management Department, and the subsidiaries in Saudi Arabia attended the aforesaid activities.
