production license issued by the Shandong Provincial Department of Housing and
Urban-rural Development. The qualification certificate marks that the company
fully conforms to all the conditions required in the domestic construction
general contracting Class-A qualifications in terms of various personnel,
important machines and tools and various safety management systems, etc.
