Saadi, Senior Vice President of Saudi Aramco, inspected the King Abdullah Port Project in Saudi Arabia

On the afternoon of March 16 (Saudi local time), Saadi, Senior Vice President of Saudi Aramco, inspected the King Abdullah Port Project.

Saadi and his delegation checked the construction of the No. 4 and No. 5 Docklands and the progress and operation status of the shipbuilding hall, and paid a visit to see the construction of the plants in Area D and the installation and commissioning of the CNC cutting machine. Wang Yantao, the leader of the special team, Ren Yuanbo, the Deputy General Manager of the Company, and Zhang Zhongxiang, the Executive Deputy General Manager of the Project Department of King Abdullah Port Project, met Saadi at the plant in Area D, welcomed him, had a cordial conversation with him, and presented him with exquisite photos of the nighttime construction in Area D. After the inspection, Saadi expressed his satisfaction with the basic completion of the 3.16 Completion Plan for the King Abdullah Port Project and highly appreciated the great efforts made by SEPCO for the performance of the King Abdullah Port Project.

To gain expected results in this inspection, the Project Department focused on the overall image progress of Area D in Bid Section P6, made a detailed breakdown of key buildings and structures in accordance with the construction process, and centrally allocated resources for "day plus night" 24-hour continuous hurry. Though nearly 1 month's hurry, the construction of the appearance, road, water supply and power supply of the plant and auxiliary buildings in Area D was successfully completed, which presented a new look at the site.

This inspection has achieved the expected results, effectively improved the confidence of Saudi Aramco, the Owner, in the successful performance by PowerChina teams, helped deepen the business results of the King Abdullah Port Project, further consolidated the cooperative relationship between the Company and Saudi Aramco, and helped the Company further expand its market in Saudi Arabia and even the Middle East.
