The project is the world’s first 1000MW ultra supercritical coal-fired power generation unit that adopts air cooling technology, and has highly complicated structure. Undertaken by SEPCO, it was awarded the 2012 National High Quality Project Prize and Chinese Electricity High Quality Project Prize.
